Xbox surpass PS3
Sales of consoles game Microsoft Xbox 360 has sold more than 28 million units worldwide. This figure is 8 million more than the Sony Playstation 3.
Data issued by the Microsoft said Xbox 360 mentions Playstation 3 exceed one million units in Europe and 7 million units in the U.S..
But the two products is still less than Nintendo Wii, which sold 3 million units in the UK and 10.17 million in the U.S., years ago.
Microsoft asserts expend funds for game consoles. Total U.S. $ 13.2 billion has been spent on the Xbox 360 since launch, compared with U.S. $ 10.8 billion for Wii and U.S. $ 6.1 billion for PS3.
“The goal we want to get the new buyer with provide a new interest game and entertainment to the Xbox 360,” said Microsoft Senior Vice President Don Mattrick.
“For the future, a number of innovations will update our position as a global leader in interactive entertainment,” he added.
