Sony will cut PS3 price in April 2009

ps3Sony reported will cut the PlayStation 3 price U.S. $ 100 in April, so the PS3 80GB model price to U.S. $ 300. Analysts Wedbush Morgan said, Microsoft will also cut the price of Xbox 360 Pro $ 50 at E3 or about June 2009 to U.S. $ 250.

Cutting device game to U.S. $ 300 will be very interesting for new customers. With less support economic conditions, the price below U.S. $ 300 can be as stimulus.

That News appears after Sony announced operating losses of U.S. $ 1.1 million for the period 2007/2008. Losses since the first 14 years of stress on the need to push up the sale of Sony Playstation 3 to make healthy companies.

Sony already has a title game that will be popular in 2009 include Killzone 2, Infamous, Heavy Rain, MAG, God of War 3, Uncharted 2, and MLB 09: The Show.

Combined with the price-cutting U.S. $ 100, Sony sales could jump sharply. Not only of hardware, Sony could also increase the revenue of the software game.

I’m not one to rain on ones parade but you started out in error and only compounded it by making a hard left from the price drop (which is Pachters assumption) story to releases for your favorite console. First Sonys loss was 1.1 billion with a B. I found it hard to take you seriously from that point on. And since you didn’t bother to research any of the releases for the 360 I’ll give you a hand and rattle off a few exclusives. Alan Wake, Halo Wars, Halo 3: ODST, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Forza Motorsport 3, Tales of Vesperia, and though it’s not a game technically it is the biggest piece of DLC ever created and it is exclusive to the 360, GTA4: The Lost and the Damned. I’ll let Wii owners fend for themselves. Of the Sony offerings listed I’m interested in are Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2 and of course God of War 3. As for Killzone 2 I can wait because I wasn’t impressed with the first one. You see I own both systems and enjoy both for different reasons but I admit I play my 360 more than my PS3. I don’t have a problem with you being a Sony loyalist but don’t try and pass it off that you did some research before you wrote this because it’s obvious you didn’t. And lastly proof read or have someone look over your stuff before you post, enough said.
